Over the last 2 years, Pfizer has hosted training events in Houston, Dallas, El
Paso, and San Antonio attended by more than 300 representatives of local ethnic
minority groups, faith-based institutions, government agencies, groups serving women
and children, and many others. These events educate attendees about assistance programs
for uninsured patients, teach professionals and lay people how to enroll others
in these important programs, and provide resources that participants can take back
to their communities.
