The Aricept Patient Assistance Program helps people without prescription coverage save on Aricept. This program is managed by Eisai, Inc., a Pfizer partner.
Aricept (donepezil hydrochloride) is the only medicine available through this program.
To find out if you are eligible for this program and get assistance in enrolling, call
1-800-226-2072.
Your total gross annual household income must be at or below 2 times the federal
poverty level (see below chart).
- Total number of persons in household includes yourself and those for whom you are
financially responsible
- Total Gross Income includes incomes from all earners in the household before taxes
and deductions
