patients through their doctors' offices.

Pfizer MAINTAIN™ Program
 |
The Pfizer MAINTAIN Program (Medicines Assistance for Those who Are In Need) provides
free Pfizer medicines to qualified patients, delivered right to their home. This
newly created program can help eligible patients who have recently become unemployed
and are currently uninsured continue receiving their Pfizer medicines.

At the pharmacy

Pfizer Pfriends® offers savings on Pfizer medicines at the pharmacy. More than 95% of retail pharmacies in
the United States, including Puerto Rico and
the US Virgin Islands participate in the program. Pfizer Pfriends was developed in 2004 as the first patient assistance program
to offer savings to people without prescription coverage, no matter their age or income. Greater savings are given to those
with the greatest need.

Sharing the Care™ offers free Pfizer medicines through federally funded community health centers. This program was developed
in 1993 in partnership with the National Association of Community Health Centers® and the National Governors
Association. More than 400 community health centers participate nationwide.

First Resource® offers reimbursement support, free medicines, and co-pay assistance
to help patients get access to specific Pfizer medicines, including Sutent®(sunitinibmalate)
capsules
and Aromasin®(exemestane tablets)

Pfizer RSVP Program™ offers reimbursement support and patient assistance to help patients get access to specific Pfizer medicines, including Zyvox®(linezolid),
Vfend®(voriconazole), and Revatio®(sildenafil citrate).

access to specific Pfizer medicines including Genotropin®
(somatropin[rDNA origin]) and Somavert®(pegvisomant for injection)
