For more than 20 years, Pfizer has been helping people without prescription drug coverage. With our family of programs, people can save on Pfizer medicines, no matter their age or income. Many people can even get their medicine for free, depending on their income.

Connection to Care® is Pfizer’s longest-running patient assistance program. It offers more than 70 Pfizer medicines for free to eligible patients through their doctors' offices.

Pfizer MAINTAIN Program


The Pfizer MAINTAIN Program (Medicines Assistance for Those who Are In Need) provides free Pfizer medicines to qualified patients, delivered right to their home. This newly created program can help eligible patients who have recently become unemployed and are currently uninsured continue receiving their Pfizer medicines.

At the pharmacy


Pfizer Pfriends® offers savings on Pfizer medicines at the pharmacy. More than 95% of retail pharmacies in the United States, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands participate in the program. Pfizer Pfriends was developed in 2004 as the first patient assistance program to offer savings to people without prescription coverage, no matter their age or income. Greater savings are given to those with the greatest need.

At participating health centers


Sharing the Care™ offers free Pfizer medicines through federally funded community health centers. This program was developed in 1993 in partnership with the National Association of Community Health Centers® and the National Governors Association. More than 400 community health centers participate nationwide.

Pfizer Hospital Partnership Program offers free Pfizer medicines through qualifying hospitals. Forty-five hospitals across the country participate in the program.

First Resource® offers reimbursement support, free medicines, and co-pay assistance to help patients get access to specific Pfizer medicines, including Sutent®(sunitinibmalate) capsules and Aromasin®(exemestane tablets)

 

Pfizer RSVP Program™ offers reimbursement support and patient assistance to help patients get access to specific Pfizer medicines, including Zyvox®(linezolid), Vfend®(voriconazole), Revatio®(sildenafil citrate), and Pfizer HIV medicines

 

The Pfizer Bridge Program® offers patient support and reimbursement to help patients get access to specific Pfizer medicines including Genotropin® (somatropin[rDNA origin]) and Somavert®(pegvisomant for injection)
