Through Sharing the Care, Pfizer partners with hundreds of federally qualified community health centers across the United States. If you are a registered patient at a participating community health center, you can receive free Pfizer medicines if you qualify.
To receive free Pfizer medicines, you must:- Be a registered patient at a participating Sharing the Care community health center
- Have no prescription drug insurance coverage of any kind, including private insurance or public assistance covering medicines, such as Medicaid and Medicare
- Meet the household income guidelines for this program
- Live in the United States

As a registered patient at a participating Sharing the Care community health center, your eligibility for free Pfizer medicines will be confirmed by a financial counselor working at the health center. If you qualify, you can pick up your free Pfizer medicines at the health center's on-site pharmacy, or at a local pharmacy partnering with the health center.
Your total gross annual household income must be at or below 2 times the federal
poverty level (see the chart below).
- Total number of persons in the household includes yourself and each of your dependents
- Total gross income includes incomes from all earners in your household before taxes
and deductions
