Sharing the Care provides Pfizer medicines for free to eligible patients through participating community health centers.
Many Pfizer prescriptions medicines, including those most widely prescribed, are available through Sharing the Care. Each participating health center determines which medicines are provided. Therefore, not all medicines listed below may be available at all locations. View full list of available medicines
To be eligible for Sharing the Care, you must:- Have no prescription coverage
- Be a registered patient of a participating community health center
- Meet the household income guidelines for this program
Medicine will be provided at participating community health centers. Of the 12,000 community health centers across the country, 400 of them take part in the Sharing the Care program. To find a health center near you, call the Partnership for Prescription Assistance at 1-888-477-2669.
Your total gross annual household income must be at or below 2 times the federal
poverty level (see below chart).
- Total number of persons in household includes yourself and those for whom you are
financially responsible
- Total Gross Income includes incomes from all earners in the household before taxes
and deductions
