Where would I get my medicine?
As a registered patient at a participating Sharing the Care community health center, your eligibility for free Pfizer medicines will be confirmed by a financial counselor working at the health center. If you qualify, you can pick up your free Pfizer medicines at the health center's on-site pharmacy, or at a local pharmacy partnering with the health center.

*Each participating health center decides which medicines are provided. Because of this, not all medicines listed may be offered at all locations.
Not all low-cost community health centers and low-cost health care professionals listed on the HRSA Web site are part of the Sharing the Care Program. Check with your specific health center or health care professional to confirm if they are a part of the program.
