The Pfizer Hospital Partnership Program provides Pfizer medicines for free to eligible patients through 45 participating hospitals across the US.
Many Pfizer prescription medicines, including those most widely prescribed, are available through the Pfizer Hospital Partnership Program. Each participating hospital determines which medicines are provided. Therefore, not all medicines listed below may be available at all hospitals. View full list of available medicines
To be eligible, you must:- Be a registered outpatient of the hospital or hospital system
- Be uninsured for pharmaceuticals through any private or public assistance covering medicines, including Medicaid and Medicare
- Meet the household income guidelines for this program
Medicine will be provided at the 45 participating hospitals.
Your total gross annual household income must be at or below 2 times the federal
poverty level (see below chart).
- Total number of persons in household includes yourself and those for whom you are
financially responsible
- Total Gross Income includes incomes from all earners in the household before taxes
and deductions
