To receive a savings on Pfizer medicines through the program, you must:- Have no prescription coverage
- Live in the United States, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands

To apply to Pfizer Pfriends, please:- Download an application here or request it by calling 1-866-706-2400
- Complete the application, which covers the entire family. Proof of income is not required
The application will be processed in 2 to 3 weeks. If approved, you will receive a welcome kit in the mail. This kit includes your Pfizer Pfriends savings card(s). You can begin using your savings card(s) at participating pharmacies when filling your prescription for Pfizer medicines.
To continue receiving Pfizer Pfriends program benefits, you must reapply each year.
Your total gross annual household income must be at or below 2 times the federal
poverty level (see the chart below).
- Total number of persons in the household includes yourself and each of your dependents
- Total gross income includes incomes from all earners in your household before taxes
and deductions
