Pfizer and Wyeth patient assistance update

If you are a patient in need, Pfizer is committed to helping you get access to your Pfizer and Wyeth medicines.

Wyeth is now a part of Pfizer. In light of this change, eligible patients can now get many Wyeth medicines for free or at a savings through Pfizer Helpful Answers and industry-sponsored programs. Use the links below to find out what Wyeth medicines are available through these programs:

If you qualify for assistance, these programs can provide the following benefits:

  • Reimbursement support services for Wyeth medicines for insured patients through RSVP and First Resource

  • Availability of free Wyeth anti-infective, hemophilia, and transplant medicines for eligible uninsured and underinsured patients through RSVP

  • Availability of free Wyeth oncology medicines for eligible uninsured and underinsured patients through First Resource

  • Savings on Wyeth medicines at more than 95% of US pharmacies through the Pfizer Pfriends savings programs

  • Availability of Wyeth medicines through Together Rx Access, a program sponsored by many of America’s pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, providing savings on more than 300 brand-name prescription products. Savings are also available on generics

Within the year, Pfizer will begin integrating more Wyeth medicines into Pfizer Helpful Answers programs

With the addition of Wyeth medicines, the expanded Pfizer Helpful Answers will provide assistance with more medicines in more therapeutic areas than ever before. Added benefits will include:

  • Access to free Wyeth medicines to eligible patients through the Pfizer Connection to Care® program
  • Access to free Wyeth medicines to eligible patients through participating community health centers and hospitals
  • One-stop shop for all program information and applications
